For a complete list of our rates and packages, please visit our Services section. What brand computers do you sell? At TechKnows, we build our computers from the ground up. We use all brand name components direct from the manufacturer. When you buy a computer from us, you are getting a TechKnows brand machine. Do you offer a warranty on your new machines? Absolutely. All of our machines come will a full 1-year hardware warranty. This warranty covers all parts and labor. For details on the standard warranty and other warranty packages, please visit our Services section. How long does it take to have my computer fixed by TechKnows? For a typical in-shop repair, turn around time will be no more than 24 hours. An exception to this would be if the system in question needed parts that were not in stock. In this case, TechKnows will have your computer ready for you within 72 hours. Is there a rush fee I can pay to have my computer fixed immediately? At TechKnows, every case is taken in as a "Rush Service". The system is diagnosed on the spot and repair starts immediately. Because of this, a rush service is unnecessary. |
